Refund policy

At One Half, we are dedicated to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns only on products that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to health and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@onehalf.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9028728866 within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the item.
  2. Return shipping: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please keep in mind that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged, and the items must be unused and unopened. To initiate exchange, please reach out to us at care@onehalf.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9028728866 within 5 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used or opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
